BNZ Sponsored planting on Rotoroa Island

It was a great day out on the island with the BNZ team plus Kauri 2000 and the McCahon people. BNZ- thank you for making this possible.
It was a good opportunity to see the work being done on Rotoroa and to find ourselves planting trees with saddle backs and white heads flying around with takahe keeping an eye on things!
The initiative of BNZ in purchasing the 100 McCahon trees has led to a truly interesting story of an important artist, iconic tree and corporate support ending up on a pest free Gulf island. Pretty special.
