Where Do We Plant? Planting map

Our primary planting sites are on land that will remain in public ownership where free right of access can be guaranteed. As well as accessible sites that everyone can visit, we will also establish plantings in more remote areas of the Coromandel. These groves will become the future seed-bearers for Kauri 2000, sited so seeds will disperse with the wind, helping kauri regenerate naturally.
